Daytime Corporate Events

30 - 60 pax for meetings and classes

60 - 80 pax for seminars

  VENUE FEE  

Mon-Fri: 8am to 5pm
 

  • 4 hours (half day, minimum): $699 nett (from 1 Jan 2024)

  • 8 hours (full day): $1199 nett (from 1 Jan 2024)

* Booking hours should include your setup, actual event and packing up time.
* The more hours you book, the lower the hourly rate.

* You are welcome to bring in your own food/drinks/caterer.

* A token $100 refundable security and cleaning deposit is applicable. 

  This will be returned if the space is handed back in good, clean order.

  • Basic stationery e.g: pens, post-its, A4 paper

  • Retro Bishi Bashi 3-player arcade game machine

  • Super Nintendo 2-player game machine with vintage TV

  • Colouring templates, spirographs & puzzles (Sudoku, Word Search,)

  • Escalators and lifts within building (wheelchair accessible)

 OPTIONAL ADD-ONS 

  • Up to 4  more Whiteboard/Flipchart Stands at $10 per stand

  • Flipchart paper, 50 sheets a rim, at $18 per rim
